Team

We are mindful of our clients’ needs to control the cost of hosting and review. We work diligently to provide efficiency throughout the review process. We leverage data culling, workflows, and analytics to speed the review process.
Quality
The Verity Group employs a range of tools to ensure consistency and quality in the review process. We work with the client at the outset of the project to set up regular reports to check the progress of the review and the progress of each reviewer. We analyze such reports for red flags and notify the client quickly so they can take the appropriate action.

Security
Our team works with closely with our clients to create item-level security to protect documents, views and fields. At the start of a case, we identify one point of contact, or a small group of individuals that are permitted to make changes to the security profile. Using Relativity security options, we are able to maintain multiple matters within the same data collection or isolate work-product when multiple teams are authorized to access the same documents.
